Enterprise onboarding

Live in production, not stuck in procurement

Six phases. Each one gated. Nothing starts before it should.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Security review

Model access, data handling, retention and residency, agreed with your risk function.
Gate Risk signs off on data handling.
  2. 02

    Workspace and identity

Organisation structure, SSO, role-based access, workspace separation.
Gate Your IT can grant and revoke access.
  3. 03

    Use case selection

Two or three workloads picked on evidence — high volume, measurable, review-tolerant.
Gate Each workload has an owner and a baseline.
  4. 04

    Rollout and enablement

Phased rollout with role-based training and internal champions.
    Gate Champions handle first-line questions.
  5. 05

    Measurement

Baselines before, usage and outcome reporting after.
Gate Usage ties to the workload that caused it.
  6. 06

    Governance

Usage policy, audit trails, model version management, review cadence.
Gate A standing review owns policy changes.

How long it takes

Phases overlap. Governance does not stop.
Indicative rollout scheduleAn indicative twelve-week rollout. Security review runs first, then workspace and identity setup, use case selection, rollout and enablement, measurement, and finally governance which continues indefinitely.
